A more intuitive order process: We heard you wanted to know the pricing of printed materials before completing the customization process to ensure the dollars were in your budget. Now you can see a pricing chart before personalizing your materials. As always, you can choose to send your print-ready files to a local vendor or Choice Qualified Printer.

Simplified customization: We’ve made it even easier for you to create personalized materials and ensure all steps in the customization process are completed by adding green check marks as each of the customization steps are finished.

Enhanced communications and messaging center: You will now be able to send notes, special requests or specific instructions directly to the SmartMarketing Support Team when customizing your document. All messages between you and the Support Team will live in your message center on the site so you can reference them at any time.

Additional email address: In addition to your Choice provided GM email, you can now add a second email address to your account to receive notifications about your document and make it easier for you to keep tabs on your materials.

More download options: You now have the option to download your final files for digital distribution so that they can be sent via email to local vendors or prospective leads. You can also still download print-ready files or place an order and print directly through the site.
