Dominica’s Coconut Rum Punch
|
INGREDIENTS
• 100ml White Rum (preferably, SocaRum)
• 400g Coconut Milk
• 200g Condensed Milk
• 100ml Almond Milk
• ¼ Nutmeg (grated)
• 1 Cinnamon Stick (broken in two)
DIRECTIONS: Place all ingredients (except the rum) in a pot in medium heat until it starts to bubble, then turn off the heat and let it cool. Add the rum to the pot and place into a container. Refrigerate for 4 hours or overnight. Finally, strain and serve over ice with a dusting of Nutmeg!
