American Airlines Adds Daily Nonstop Flights From Miami Starting in April  Access to the Caribbean paradise of Dominica is getting even easier this spring! American Airlines announced that it is expanding its service to Dominica from Miami International Airport to include daily flights effective April 5, 2022. Self-administered tests are not accepted. Unvaccinated travelers are required to take a Rapid Antigen test upon arrival and proceed to a Safe in Nature certified property for at least five days.
