Facebook Is Testing Custom Audiences Based on Engagement With Instagram Business Profiles:
Facebook is testing the ability for brands to create custom audiences based on engagement with their Instagram business profiles. Brands are able to choose the types of engagement with their Instagram business profiles to include—all interactions, users who have messaged the profile, etc.—along with specifying a time period of up to 365 days prior. Up to five additional rules sections can also be added to these custom audiences. The feature is not yet available to all advertisers.

Facebook Is Testing a Way for users to Create Their Own Gifs:

Twitter Tests a $99 Monthly Automatic Tweet Promotion Service:
The service "automatically amplifies your tweets and profile" for a full 30 day period. The promotion includes analytics, so that you can see how much additional reach, engagement and followers the campaign is driving. Twitter's pitch for the service is that it's extremely low friction - there's no need to create any dedicated ads; it's also low commitment, as participants can cancel at any time.

Snapchat Enables Recording Beyond 10-Seconds, Adds New Creative Options:
Snapchat added the ability for users to record up to six snaps at once, in continuous flow. As you record, the Snaps are divided into their normal 10 second slots, but they play seamlessly. You can then edit or remove any Snap from the sequence, or you can post them all at once, effectively enabling 60-second Snaps. This update gives creators more freedom to share longer, more contextual Snaps – while also giving marketers more capacity to provide more variations of Snap content, including longer interview-type posts or 'how-to' sequences.
