Here’s a sample itinerary of how to maximize your time here.
Day of Arrival
Friendly Visitor and Convention Bureau (VCB) tourism ambassadors greet VIP attendees at Southwest Florida International Airport. Attendees are shown to baggage claim and group transportation, taxi or the rental car desk. After room check-in at the hotel, attendees head to registration and pick up VCB conference welcome bags.


Conference Day 1
Start the day with outdoor yoga. Choose from several options like beach, goat, laughter or flamingo yoga. Then, breakfast! After morning meetings, enjoy lunch on-site or select one of many restaurants close to your hotel. Following your afternoon meeting, enjoy a free evening visiting our iconic outdoor shopping and dining options.
Conference Day 2
After breakfast and the morning meeting agenda, groups depart for team-building sessions. Choose from a wide variety of fun and engaging outdoor experiences like kayaking the Great Calusa Blueway, sailing the calm waters on the Gulf or learning local history on a walking tour of downtown Fort Myers.


Conference Day 3
Start the day with a jog or walk in our inspiring natural surroundings, followed by breakfast and the morning meeting agenda. Board your transportation to a Corporate Social Responsibility project, then close out the evening with a memorable dinner at one of our unique offsite venues.
