2022 Engagement Survey Is Now Closed! |
The 2022 Employee Engagement Survey closed on Monday, June 20. There were 299 employees that elected to share their thoughts and opinions to aid in the company's efforts for continued improvement. Thank You! We truly appreciate your time and input. Now we transition our efforts to reviewing and analyzing the data. We will share survey results and next steps as soon as possible.
In the meantime, 299 participants equates to 81.7% participation – exceeding the 80.0% goal as well as last year's 75.2% participation! Well done! As committed, we put ALL employees into a raffle for one additional day of PTO/Annual Leave. And the five lucky winners are (drumroll please)...
