MMGY Global is excited to announce our new global GO EXPLORE rewards program! As we say on our career page, “It’s the idea that our work on behalf of our clients will lead to something greater, like opening travelers up to new perspectives, deeper human connection and understanding, a feeling of togetherness, and hopefully, someday, a better world.” We work to inspire people across the globe to travel, and with this new program we hope to INSPIRE and ENABLE our employees to do the same!
This brand-new program is a long-term employee benefit to which MMGY Global has committed. For the effective implementation and maintenance of this program, we must begin from scratch. This means that the Go Explore rewards program will be effective January 1, 2022, and all current global employees’ anniversary dates for this program will begin on that date.
Note: Any U.S. employees who were about to receive an anniversary bonus per the former program guidelines will be contacted separately by HR in the coming weeks regarding the specifics of their individual transition to the new program.

HR will be sending out the global policy for the Go Explore program after the upcoming holidays.
