THE HUMAN RESOURCE NEWSLETTER |
Policy and Benefits |
As 2022 is off to a running start we want to make sure to take time to remind all employees that MMGY Global provides generous PTO/Annual Leave balance for employees to use each calendar year. You’ve worked hard to earn that time off, and we encourage our employees to reward themselves by scheduling a few days off in the near future before the first quarter ends. We all deserve a little R & R sprinkled throughout the 2022 calendar year – let’s start now!
PTO Carryover/Annual Leave Reminders for All Global Employees:
- Please note as a friendly reminder that we encourage all global employees to use their PTO carryover/annual leave before the first quarter comes to an end.
- For all U.S. employees, we want to remind you to start using your PTO carryover at the beginning of 2022 so you don’t run into the issue of hitting your PTO accrual cap. Your PTO carryover amount will still count toward the pre-established accrual cap (based on length of service). This means that if an employee hits their accrual cap with a combination of carryover and accrued days, the employee must use PTO carryover before being able to accrue any more PTO. Therefore, if the employee uses their carryover earlier in the year, you won't run into an issue of your accrual stopping.
- Start planning time off to reward yourself for your hard work!
