THE HUMAN RESOURCE NEWSLETTER |
DEIC ERGs |
All of our NEW Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) were launched in March! But don't worry, if you missed that kickoff meeting it's not too late to join. As a reminder, these are company-sanctioned networks where employees voluntarily meet up (in person or remotely) based on shared characteristics, experiences or goals. We fully expect these internal communities to enhance our culture by providing opportunities to network and socialize, work on professional development, and to raise awareness and resolve relevant issues. ERGs are open to everyone across offices and departments. The parenting ERG has attracted everyone from those who are in family-planning stages to those raising older kids. LGBTQ+ and BIPOC groups are inclusive of those who identify as members of those communities as well as allies.
If you are interested in participating in an ERG, then please take a moment to add your contact information to this ERG List. The list is solely to allow leaders to keep in touch about upcoming meetings; no other commitment is required. In addition, you can access all ERG information on MMGY Global’s intranet here.
If you have any questions, please contact the following ERG leaders:
Parenting: Sarika Chawla; Sam Hancock
LGBQT+: Austin Jacobs; Chelsea Beaven
BIPOC: We are looking for potential leaders. Contact Mia Wise if you are interested.

2022 Goals (Engagedly): |
Employee Goals for the current calendar year must be entered into the Engagedly system by April 28, 2022. If you have not met with your manager one-on-one to discuss your goals for 2022 and added them to the Goals module in Engagedly, please be sure to do so prior to April 28. If your goals were entered directly into the performance review, they will need to be added to the Goals module as well for tracking purposes.
Well-thought-out, reviewed and implemented goals are critical for the success of our employees, departments and overall organization; documenting these goals is necessary for execution and consistency. The Engagedly platform offers us a seamless process to input, track and monitor these goals and overall performance, removing the cumbersome administrative work for managers.
Beginning in 2022, all employee goals should be entered into and monitored through Engagedly. Past goals, coaching conversations, alignment meetings, one-on-ones, 30/60/90 day reviews, probationary review forms, etc., can all be uploaded into the employee’s profile under the “Documentation” section.
Goal Setting in Engagedly- 2022
- Upload any past coaching conversations, goal setting, 30/60/90 day reviews, or probationary review forms into the employee Engagedly profile
- Create and assign 2022 SMART Goals for your teams/departments and individual employees
- April 28 is the due date for all SMART Goals to be entered into the Engagedly system
What are SMART Goals?
S- Specific
M- Measurable
A- Attainable
R- Realistic
T- Time-Bound
For Additional Information and videos on goal setting, please check the Engagedly page on MMGY's Intranet.
Employee Reminder:
If you haven’t yet, please make sure to log into ADP and review/acknowledge the 2022 Employee Handbook assigned to all employees at the beginning of March 2022. Due dates are as follows below.
- U.S. employees acknowledgment due April 11
- UK employees acknowledgment due April 29

U.S.-Specific Policy and Benefits |
Total Rewards Announcement
Per our commitment from the 2021 Engagement Survey, we are launching a PILOT initiative providing a Total Rewards report to a vertical slice of the U.S. organization (~25%). What is a "Total Rewards" report? It's a personal and unique statement communicating the overall value of an employee's compensation and benefits package provided by the Company. Will everyone receive a report? This initial distribution is a pilot to just a subset of the population to determine if the information is valuable; and if so, what else might be needed to support a global launch. The pilot reports will be distributed by the end of April.
Summer Fridays
Did You Know This About Your Benefits?
Summer Fridays are right around the corner! MMGY Global is providing some additional time off to enjoy some fun in the sun starting June 3, 2022! From the week of Memorial Day through the Friday before Labor Day, if workloads permit, employees may leave after completing a minimum of four hours of work that Friday.
- U.S. employees, as a friendly reminder, please enter the following code in Workamajig for your Summer Friday half day off: 22-MMGYnon-34590-2022 Summer Fridays and select Task 1: Summer Friday Time.
- The Summer Fridays code will not be active for use until after Memorial Day.
- If you take PTO on a Summer Friday, please remember you must request one full day of PTO in ADP. Half day PTO is not permitted on Summer Fridays.
