2022 Employee Engagement Survey
The Employee Engagement Survey is coming soon. We will be conducting our global employee survey from June 6–June 20.
We conduct this annual, anonymous survey in order to continue our understanding and efforts to improve employee morale, satisfaction and engagement at MMGY Global. The survey represents a chance to be both internally CURIOUS about what our employees think and feel, and then to be CREATIVE in taking that data and designing new processes, policies and benefits to better meet employee needs. Your opinions are important to us, and we are listening. Plan to participate and let your voice be heard!

Open Positions |
Although the number of open positions is declining as we continue to successfully recruit top talent into the organization, we do still have some open positions globally (approximately 40 as of mid-May). As a reminder, our open positions are not just for external candidates but are also opportunities for internal candidates who may be looking for new opportunities, further career development, to explore new interests, etc. All open positions are posted on our career site for employees and the public to view. If you are interested in an open position, please connect with your direct supervisor to share that interest, and then apply for the position through our career center on ADP.
Please note as an additional reminder that we reward our employees for referring candidates who would be a great addition to the MMGY Global team if hired. Check out the employee referral form located on the recruiting page on the intranet.

The MMGY Global intranet is now available to our staff across all offices. Accessible via Okta, you can find information on the Global HR team as well as key policies, including the Employee Handbook, the Holiday Schedule and benefits programs.

Join the AAPI Conversation |
In the U.S., May is celebrated as Asian American and Pacific Islander (AAPI) Heritage Month. It’s during this time that we acknowledge and applaud the many contributions that Asian Americans and Pacific Islanders have made in American society. Their technical expertise and cultural influence spans the spectrum, from fashion and entertainment to medicine and science.
Today, we’ll broaden our understanding even more with an engaging conversation around the shared experiences of AAPI individuals and what we can learn as marketers to connect better with this audience. We’ve invited our partner Travel Unity and some of our employees to lend their cultural insights and experiences to the conversation. Summer Fridays are officially here!
As a reminder, Summer Fridays will be effective June 3, 2022! Enjoy this extra time beginning the week of Memorial Day through the Friday before Labor Day (9/2). If you decide to take PTO on a Summer Friday, please remember you must request one full day of PTO in ADP. Half-day PTO is not permitted on Summer Fridays.
When utilizing the Summer Fridays benefit, please remember to enter the following code in Workamajig for your Summer Friday half-day off:

What is routine preventive care?
The goal of preventive care is to prevent illness before symptoms arise. Preventive care includes annual checkups, immunizations, lab tests and screenings. Most preventive services are covered at 100% with no out-of-pocket costs when they’re received at an in-network doctor or facility. That means they’re completely free.
What routine preventive services are covered by Blue KC?
- Screenings – Common screenings include blood pressure, cholesterol, glucose, colorectal cancer, depression, type 2 diabetes, hepatitis B and C, lung cancer, obesity, STDs, mammograms, osteoporosis, prostate and HIV.
- Counseling Services – These are offered to people who want to quit smoking, need cardiovascular disease prevention, misuse alcohol or are obese.
- Immunizations – Common vaccines covered include hepatitis B, HPV, the flu, whooping cough, pneumonia, rubella, tetanus and shingles.
