| Time Off to Vote |
|
All employees will be provided with three hours of paid time off for voting during each applicable election period. Employees should try to take this time off at the beginning or end of the workday and, as possible, take the time off when it is least impactful to the business. Employees must provide advance notice to their direct supervisor of when this time off will be taken.

| Office COVID-19 Protocols |
Throughout the COVID-19 pandemic, the company has closely aligned our protocols regarding masking, quarantines, contact tracing, vaccinations, etc., with government and/or national health agency guidance. In the past few months, restrictions have been lifted, and significant changes have been recommended.
