BENEFIT CHANGES
The Global HR team would like to re-share with you a video introduction of the EXCITING benefit changes that will be happening for employees next year. Take a look at the video from from Mia Wise, SVP of Global HR. There are some some great things happening here at MMGY Global!
Please connect with your HR Partner for any additional questions.
Social Media Policy
As we continue to update and standardize policies globally, we have documented a Global Social Media Policy as it relates to the official use of the company's social media channels as well as to share employee guidelines for interacting with MMGY Global and its client partners, vendors and third-party suppliers across social media. All employees will be receiving a notification to review and acknowledge the policy in ADP on November 15; it will also be posted on the intranet, with relevant examples depicting policy violations. Please reach out to your HR partner if you have additional questions.
Mental Health Speaker: Resiliency
In recognition of World Mental Health Day and bringing mental health awareness to the workplace, we invited guest speaker Charlie Cannon, a resiliency expert, to discuss tools and techniques that will help catalyze mental well-being. If you missed Charlie Cannon’s top tips on how to build resiliency, please visit here.
Open Enrollment - U.S. Employees
Our annual U.S. Open Enrollment period for 2022 benefit plan selections will begin on Monday, November 1, and close on Wednesday, November 10. Open Enrollment is your annual opportunity to enroll in or make changes to your health and welfare plans, including healthcare and dependent care flexible spending accounts. The benefit elections you make during Open Enrollment will become effective January 1, 2022, and will remain in effect through December 31, 2022, unless you experience a qualifying life event that would allow you to make additional changes. Due to added benefit offerings for 2022, this year's enrollment will be a mix of an active and passive enrollment.
Please plan to attend the U.S. Open Enrollment Webinar on Monday, November 1, at 11 a.m. CT to learn more.

Your Benefits
MMGY Global offers all full-time employees a generous PTO (Paid Time Off)/Annual Leave policy. With only a couple months left in the 2021 calendar year, now is the time to start planning when you want to use any remaining PTO/Annual Leave. In addition, we encourage all employees to please look through your time off requests in ADP and ensure all PTO/Annual Leave taken so far in the calendar year has been entered successfully. As a friendly reminder, please submit your PTO/Annual Leave in ADP under Time Off Requests.
For U.S. employees, your PTO request in ADP should always match what you enter on your timesheets within Workamajig. In addition, please use the following code below when entering your PTO in Workamajig: 21-MMGYnon-30860-2021 Paid Time Off (PTO) and select Task 1: PTO |
