As we come to the end of the year, we’d like to say THANK YOU for all that each of you has done throughout 2021! This year, as well as 2020, has brought many challenges to employees and MMGY Global as a whole, but we’ve continued to persevere and remain resilient in times of adversity and much change. Policy Updates
TO ALL U.S. Employees:
The U.S. Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) Emergency Temporary Standard (ETS) for COVID-19 Vaccination and Testing has been released for implementation. The ETS applies to private sector employers with 100 or more employees; so it applies to all MMGY Global U.S. locations. In addition, New York City has also issued its own specific vaccine mandate effective December 27. The New York order is a "Full Mandatory Vaccination Policy," requiring vaccination for all non-excludable employees. The remaining U.S. MMGY Global locations will be under an "Alternative Vaccination Policy," requiring full vaccination OR weekly COVID-19 testing. The COVID-19 test option will be the responsibility of the employee. The detailed policy will be communicated in early January with all the relevant details regarding deadlines, potential exclusions, testing requirements, accommodations and much more.

What can you do to start preparing now?
We will manage all employees' data via ADP (vaccination proof and test results), so go online and download the ADP mobile app to be able to upload your information. If you don't already have your vaccination proof, including a copy of your vaccination record card, a record of immunization from a healthcare provider, etc., then please spend some time over the upcoming holiday break to locate your information. And of course, if you are currently unvaccinated, consider getting vaccinated as soon as possible. Stay COVID-19 safe!

TO ALL UK Employees:
The UK is not under a vaccine mandate. However, MMGY Global is requesting all employees to voluntarily disclose their vaccination status to HR. In addition, the Company will only support business travel for those employees who are double vaccinated and have disclosed that status.
Staff News
The annual review process will begin in January. Please see tentative dates below. This will be the first year that all team members will be utilizing our Engagedly performance management system to complete reviews. All team members will be receiving training in the new year on the Engagedly system and how to complete an effective performance review. Please be on the lookout for training invites from HR. We will also utilize Engagedly for future goal setting, monitoring, and feedback for employees and leaders.
  • Week of Jan 10th: Complete manager training on Engagedly (multiple sessions available)
  • January 17 – January 31: Employees complete self-evaluations
  • January 17 – February 28: Managers complete evaluations for direct reports
  • March 1 – March 27: Managers deliver evaluations and have career discussions
