Congratulations Danny, and thank you for the work you've done and for being a part of what we've been able to do as an organization.

HUGE round of applause to the Hamilton Princess team, particularly Alyssa Almeida and Eliza Williams, who secured an amazing multipage feature in the Hollywood issue of Vanity Fair. This was a must-win for the client, and the team put in three years of hard work to finally lock it in. Bravo! |

MMGY Myriad clients including Australia’s Northern Territory, Macao, Papua New Guinea, Rwanda and South Tyrol had some great engagements with travel agents at RepFest Live, a virtual travel show that brings together curated collections of premier luxury travel representation companies and a selection of top industry friends. Julie Cuesta presented the latest research findings from MMGY Travel Intelligence's 2021 “Spring Edition” of the Portrait of American Travelers® survey and the third Global Travel Distribution COVID-19 IMPACT Survey conducted by Travel Consul. All profits from RepFest went directly to The ASTA Foundation for the betterment of travel advisors and the travel industry. |

Earth DAY |
|
The Kansas City Culture Crew celebrated Take Your Kid to Work AND Earth Day with a drive-through event outside the office! Gift boxes, containing a succulent, cookie and a few other goodies, were handed out to all who attended.

Virtual Take Your Child to Work Day |
|
The NYC Culture Crew hosted a Virtual Take Your Child to Work Day where staffers brought their little ones (and their college-aged kids!) to the most adorable meeting ever. There was a Show and Tell portion where the kids each shared their most sentimental treasures. Thank you to Andrea B.'s daughter Maya for sharing her prized Elsa the "Frozen" Build-A-Bear, Brandon L's son Calvin for sharing his special big brother gift, and kudos to Sarika's son Calvin for creating a massive rubber band ball! The kids also answered some telling questions that we were excited to hear. Yes, Emma, mommy Maggie LaCasse IS on a lot of phone calls during the day! Thanks to all who participated – and special thanks for Ines' son Daniel for closing out the call with a guitar solo! |

The Recovery is Real! |
|
These past few weeks, it has all been about demand. The week of April 4, we saw U.S. room nights sold surged to 22 million, which was the most since the start of the pandemic. As a result, occupancy reached 59.7%, also the highest level of the past year. More than 48% of markets were categorized as being in Recovery or Peak this week, the most since the start of the pandemic. Are you doing all you can to make sure your clients are rebound ready? |

Myrtle Beach
MMGY creative and social team members recently traveled to Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, for a one-week commercial and social shoot. The highlights include Allie Banasik's bad-ass leadership skills, New York city-slicker Brandon Layland's sunburn, Drew Woolery and Nathan Mennel's incredible nonstop video and drone shooting, and Aimee Arnoldi literally holding the team together with her constant praise, dog content, and incredibly positive attitude. The group had such a fun time bonding, shooting and hanging with the client!
