| The MMGY marketing technology team recently won a website project for Inspiration Cruises & Tours, a Christian travel management company specializing in group travel experiences. This project will include developing an integrated website platform to support passengers, cruise event clients, and the organization's internal sales and marketing teams. |

| Congratulations to Wendy Elliott on her promotion to Global Payroll Manager! About a year ago, we began a transition to move all of our UK brands to one payroll system and this is now complete. Wendy not only managed this transition but has taken on the additional task of monthly calculations as a result of the ever-changing payroll rules. Today, she oversees ADP (U.S.), Blue Marble (UK & Ireland) as well as independent payroll systems in Canada and the UAE. She's definitely put the "global" in her title. Additionally, Wendy has helped streamline the salary budgeting process in the U.S. – working closely with all of our North American brand and department leaders. As her tasks are now aligned with both the finance and HR departments, Wendy formally moved to the finance team a month ago. Her attention to detail and quick responses have been invaluable through the rapid changes of 2020. |

| Congratulations to Michael Plagge on his promotion to Global Financial Controller! Since starting in 2016, Michael has continued to expand his responsibilities from M&A to global reporting and beyond. He now oversees all of our consolidated financial accounting from across the globe – keeping the GLT and Board informed of our performance. He also is instrumental in leading the communication on all corporate legal issues related to our many entities. And, he leads the reporting to our lenders and provides frequent ratio analyses. He even makes time to review client contracts, RFPs and notarize documents for new business. Best of all, Michael is a great team member and leader in the finance team. And, he's quick to raise an objection when we can be doing better and even quicker to lend a hand when something needs to get done. |

| Congratulations Aimee Arnoldi who was promoted from Account Executive to Senior Account Executive. Since joining MMGY over 2 1/2 years ago, Aimee has continued to exceed expectations of her clients and team members. She has shown great client management skills building trust and strong relationships immediately with some of the agency's most difficult clients. She's quick to raise her hand, jump in and help teammates and others however she can. We are so happy for Aimee as she continues to grow her career with MMGY. |

| Congratulations Brooke Burge for being promoted to Senior Art Director. In just two years with the company, Brooke has proven herself as both a wonderful and thoughtful designer to our clients. She has also been instrumental to internal efforts through her involvement with the DEI Council and Jawbreakers, an MMGY-sponsored organization for women in the industry, which she co-founded. Brooke will continue her new role on Brandon Sanders' team. |

| Congratulations Dustin Sharp for being promoted to Associate Creative Director. Having been with the company since 2017, Dustin has continually delivered great work for brands like "Visit Kansas City," "Colorado Tourism," "Princess Cruises" and many others. Recently, Dustin has been a key contributor to internal recovery efforts like Stretch Season, Asia Now and the Where Can Travel Take You co-op program. In this role, Dustin will lead the Studio team as it evolves and as we prepare for 2021 while retaining his art direction responsibilities on Brent Anderson’s team. |

| Welcome to MMGY, Anna Lowry. Anna is a Project Manager, whom some may recognize as Anna Wonderlich having previously interned at MMGY on the social media team in 2018. She is a die-hard Jayhawk fan and attended the the University of Kansas where she graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Strategic Communications and a minor in Psychology. Through her work experience, she has developed a love for forming client relationships, project management, social media strategy, advertising and branding. She has shared that she enjoys being able to channel her Type A personality in a Project Manager role. In her free time, she can most likely be spotted playing with her corgi, Winston, scrolling through social media, putting her library card to use, creating new Spotify playlists, or cheering on the Kansas City Chiefs. |

| Theresa Smith joins the account management department as an Account Coordinator. Theresa graduated from the University of Kansas in December of 2019. She is very excited to be working at MMGY! She loves traveling, anything to do with music, and enjoys trying new things whether it's food, places or a hobby. Something that you would never guess about her is that she's been to racing school in Arizona and plans to go more racing schools! |

| San Francisco was taken by storm in spring 2019 as the Macao Mobile Café provided consumers with free Macanese food samples, twice-daily cultural performances, Instagram-worthy light-up truck elements and photo wall, and sweepstakes trip giveaways. The promotional campaign included an integrated paid broadcast and social media campaign, public relations campaign and media outreach, private media and trade launch event, and an influencer cooking class with a local chef – a true collaboration! This year the PATA Awards attracted 121 entries from 62 organizations or individuals, and our Macao team was one of 20 Gold Award winners. This is the second year in a row that the MMGY Myraid team has won an award for their Macao marketing activities. |
