Election Day is a little over two weeks away, and many of you have already begun voting. As you know, one of our core values is Empowerment – so if you're exercising your right to vote, the Culture Crew wants to know about it! We encourage all U.S. employees to post a photo or video to your social channels using the #MMGYVotes hashtag on or before Election Day on November 3.
Our goal is to promote the benefit and power of voting and not make a political statement, so please use discretion and common sense when using the #MMGYVotes hashtag or tagging @MMGYGlobal on your channels.

Mark your calendars for the 2021 benefits deadline – 10/25! |
Open enrollment for 2021 benefit plan selections began on Monday, October 19, and closes at 5 p.m. (CST) on Sunday, October 25, 2020.
This is your annual opportunity to review, enroll in or make changes to your health and welfare programs, including the healthcare and dependent care flexible spending accounts.
The benefit elections you make during open enrollment will become effective on Jan. 1, 2021, and will remain in effect through Dec. 31, 2021, unless you experience a qualifying life event during that period.

Camp Encourage |
Camp Encourage is an organization committed to providing meaningful social experiences for children and teens on the spectrum, including traditional summer camp, field trips, and – new this year – zoom gatherings.
Each year they host a fall fundraising event, S’Mores & Pours, to raise scholarship funds for summer camp and year-round social events. While the event may have to occur virtually this year, the camper's needs are still the same.
You can support Camp Encourage's important mission and join S’Mores & Pours: A Virtual Event on Friday, October 23, at 7 p.m. CST.
