What is Flight School? Flight School is a customizable professional development program designed by managers for their team members based on their unique roles and responsibilities. Who is Flight School Designed For? Everyone. Over the course of the last year, the executive team, department heads, senior managers and subject matter experts have contributed to develop a robust Flight School program designed to: 1.  Enable hiring managers to more effectively streamline new employee onboarding and existing employee career growth through employee onboarding and enrichment plans, which are now part of our formal review process 2.  Educate teams about clients' business goals, our scope of work requirements and essential client input through detailed client briefs managed by the account services team 3.  Empower associates to expand their knowledge through Flight School online educational curriculum and ongoing education programs that will include live presentations, marketing and travel trend sharing and more Next Steps?
