Rwanda is home to five volcanoes: Mount Bisoke, Mount Gahinga, Mount Sabyinyo, Muhavura Volcano and Mount Karisimbi. It’s these landmarks that helped coin the name Volcanoes National Park – home to the famous mountain gorillas that call Rwanda home. It’s here you’ll also find golden monkeys and more than 200 species of birds.
