I might spend a lot of time monkeying around, but I know a thing or two about getting to work in Springfield. Here are some helpful tips for your next meeting, courtesy of yours truly. Plan your meeting

Climb into the perfect space. You need a good meeting space to be productive. Springfield has it covered. Choose from arenas, hotels and even caverns. If it were me, I'd go for the White River Conference Center. They have the best chandeliers to swing from.

Hang around town. It's not all work in Springfield. In fact, it's mostly play for me. Take time to enjoy the finer things in town by going to a Springfield Cardinals game or going to the original Bass Pro Shops®. Chalk it up as team building.

Have a banana split. Your sweet tooth works overtime in Springfield – at least mine does. That's why it's a must to go to Andy's Frozen Custard for something sweet and savory. Ask for extra banana in the banana split and tell them Sammie sent you.

Rest easy. Find the perfect place to stretch out your tail (or legs) for the night. Whether you stay in a downtown hotel or a lodge in the great outdoors, Springfield has something just for you.
